This summer in NH is shaping up to be a great couple of months for some wonderful local music festivals. Unfortunately it appears that one of these festivals has been canceled, The Wolfsburg FarmFest. The festival was set to take place June 8-10 in East Holderness, however the town has taken issue and the concert will not take place. We do not know the exact reason for the cancellation other than land use issues. more information can be found in the press release issued from the promoters of the show printed below:

Wolfsburg FarmFest 2012!!!!
Unfortunately, due to some unforeseen circumstances with the town of Holderness, were are being forced to cancel Wolfsburg FarmFest. Sadly we regret to inform you that we tried to find another location so that the event could still take place, but it was too short notice and it was unable to happen. Thank you so much for your interest and we will hopefully be able to reschedule for this summer and if not, next summer. We apologize for any inconveniences due to these circumstances. Thanks again for your support and we hope to see you soon.
Please help us by letting your friends know the bad news...
The festival should have been a great time with bands such as, Crunchy Western Boys, Flabberghaster, The Van Burens, Boogie on Alice, Ghost Dinner Band, Captain Chet Lawson Snake Oil Revue. The promoters of the festival have said that they are looking to have the festival rescheduled, possibly later this year or next. Be sure to check out the other festivals happening around NH here http://www.yourband.info/index.php?q=node/368 and remember to support your local musicians!
